I want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please email [email protected] and I will make it right.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

Email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If the order was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent, I will offer a replacement or a refund.

Returns For Physical Books

Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unread, unused, and in resalable condition. Please email before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect orders, return shipping will be covered when a return is needed. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged or incorrect.

Signed Or Personalized Books

Signed or personalized books are final sale unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Digital Items

Digital products, if offered, are final sale once delivered or accessed unless required by law.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a damaged or incorrect order is approved. Most card refunds appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows an order is lost or stuck, email [email protected] so the shipment can be reviewed with the carrier.
